Ed Brookover

Brookover brings winning strategies, sharp messaging, and strong grassroots management. He has been involved with nearly every major revolution in American politics during our lifetime.

  • Early Leadership: Served as Grassroots Director for President Reagan’s 1980 campaign in Ohio and later as Political Director for Speaker Newt Gingrich at the National Republican Congressional Committee.

  • Presidential Campaigns: Acted as Senior Strategist and Campaign Manager for Dr. Ben Carson’s presidential campaign, the only candidate who ever led Donald Trump during the primary season. After Carson withdrew, Brookover joined Trump’s campaign, where he successfully led the delegate selection process for the 2016 Republican National Convention.

  • National Roles: The only person to serve as Political Director at all three Republican national campaign committees. Managed successful statewide races, including U.S. Senator Conrad Burns (Montana) and Governor Pat McCrory (North Carolina). He also guided conservative members of Congress Michele Bachmann and Allen West to victory in difficult districts.

  • International Influence: Brookover has advised presidential and prime minister campaigns in Mexico, Colombia, Greece, North Macedonia, the Republic of Congo, and Kazakhstan. He has written, directed, and produced award-winning political media, with Roll Call famously calling him a “Svengali” for his clients.

Brookover’s career reflects a unique blend of grassroots strength, national leadership, and global perspective—qualities that consistently drive campaigns to victory.

Roy Jones

Jones is a master marketer and proven fundraiser whose career has shaped both politics and philanthropy. He is recognized nationally as a strategist who not only builds winning campaigns but also sustains movements with long-term impact.

  • Political Foundations: Began his career at the National Republican Senatorial Committee, becoming the first coalition director for a major national party. The coalition-building strategies he developed continue to influence campaigns today.

  • Presidential & Congressional Campaigns: Served as Finance Director for U.S. Senator Rick Santorum’s presidential campaign, built coalitions for President George Bush, and managed two major victories for the National Republican Congressional Committee: Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, the first Cuban American elected to Congress, and Craig Thomas’s statewide race in Wyoming (Thomas replaced Dick Cheney when Cheney became Secretary of Defense).

  • Beyond Politics: Expanded his influence as Chief Development Officer at Liberty University, where his efforts fueled Liberty’s growth into a world-renowned institution. Later, as Vice President of Development for Mercy Ships International, he spearheaded a $200 million capital campaign to build the largest hospital ship on the planet.

  • National Recognition: Known as one of America’s top front-line fundraisers, Jones is a sought-after speaker for the Association of Fundraising Professionals. He has authored two award-winning books, including Rainmaking—The Fundraiser’s Guide to Landing Big Gifts, and serves as a professor of philanthropy at City Vision University in Kansas City.

Jones’s career demonstrates the ability to merge tactical political expertise with visionary fundraising leadership, helping campaigns and organizations secure both immediate victories and lasting growth.
