Kari Kee
Kari Kee brings 20 years of non-profit experience and leadership to FIT Fundraising as our Administrative Director. As a pastor’s wife, Kari has an acute understanding of the complexities and joys of volunteer-driven ministries and organizations. She was a nurse sonographer and crisis counselor at a non-profit pregnancy center for 7 years, where she grew to love speaking on behalf of the vulnerable and discovered a joy for helping non-profits fundraise to accomplish their mission. She and her husband established their church’s hospitality ministry called First Impressions, which has transformed the culture of their church and where Kari serves weekly and leads their quarterly training and volunteer onboarding. Kari loves networking and connecting people with their passions.
Kari lives in Florida with her husband Josh and their three middle and high school aged children: Peyton, Tanner and Camden. She gets an incredible amount of joy in planning their family trips to the national parks and loves exploring new places, especially in nature. She loves helping and serving others, holding babies, teaching and counseling, hiking, spending time with her family, and a good cup of coffee.
Kari has a heart to make things and people better and her background has shaped a passion for helping non-profits thrive in their mission, because the work matters!
