Jay Koopman serves as an associate and account director for Fit Fundraising. Mr. Koopman brings over two decades of expertise in fundraising, with a passion rooted in mission-driven ministry. His journey began with Teen Challenge and extended to impactful initiatives like Metro Kids, where he helped reach over 20,000 children weekly. Jay also played a pivotal role as the chief fundraiser for the national worship and revival movement, Let Us Worship.

Leveraging his deep understanding of social media, email campaigns, gala events, and personalized giving, Jay has facilitated the flow of millions of dollars into Kingdom initiatives. His unique approach combines pastoral insight with a goal-oriented strategy, ensuring every effort is marked by integrity and resonates with the heart of the Christian community.

A dedicated servant of the Church, Jay holds a master’s degree from Wagner University and is highly respected across the Kingdom for his unwavering commitment to supporting organizations in achieving their mission.
